Please note that because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom-ordered, minor or subtle variations may occur between the original piece shown online and the recreated piece. While your painting will be nearly identical to the image you ordered from, it may not be exactly the same. We guarantee the quality of our work, and you can expect a beautiful painting.
We adhere to the highest standards of packaging to ensure that each artwork arrives in perfect condition. Framed paintings are securely packed with maximum protection, using quality bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard to prevent damage during international shipping. This method ensures your wall art remains safe.
If you encounter any issues, such as damage from rough handling during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you promptly.
If the artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund once we receive the returned goods. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, customs duties, and any additional charges.
