  • We provide free delivery within the United Kingdom using FedEx, DHL, Evri, UPS, or Royal Mail.

  • As all our paintings are custom-made according to your specified dimensions and frame options, the delivery time is typically 2-3 weeks.

  • We will keep you updated throughout the entire process, from the moment your order is received until it is delivered to you.

  • You will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and delivery details.

Return & Exchange Policy
  • By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following terms.

  • We understand the challenges of buying a painting online, which is why we offer an unconditional 14-day return policy.

  • All our paintings are custom-made based on your specified visuals, dimensions, and frame. While we are not legally required to accept returns, we do provide a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee.

  • If 14 days have passed since you collected your product, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalising your order.

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated transport costs.

  • Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized products.

  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted under any circumstances.
